Hi, I’m Abiola — and this little corner of the internet is my open journal, coffee chat, and sanctuary all rolled into one!
I’m a faith-rooted writer, encourager, and everyday woman trying to make sense of this beautiful, chaotic thing called life — curveballs, quiet questions, and all. A few months ago, I felt a tug to start this blog — though, truthfully, I had no clue where to begin. After sitting with the idea (and overthinking it thoroughly), I finally chose a name and hit publish.
This space was created to be more than just words on a screen — it’s a haven for rest, reflection, and realness. A place where vulnerability has a seat at the table and where you can exhale, even if just for a moment. I write about life as it is: the good, the hard, the chaotic, and that sacred in-between we rarely talk about but all deeply feel.
Whether you’re longing for peace, trying to rebuild your sense of self, or simply asking God, “What now?” — I hope this feels like a soft place to land. Here, you’ll find journal-style musings, personal stories, and faith-rooted truths — all shared with heart, humor, and a whole lot of grace. From working through doubt to chasing peace, navigating relationships, or embracing a fresh start (what I call a “do-over”), this space is yours, too.
Because honestly: strength often whispers before it roars; healing begins with honesty; and God? He shows up — especially in the mess.
So if you’ve ever whispered, “Why am I here?” or “How do I keep going?” — friend, you’re in the right place. Pull up a chair, grab something warm, and let’s figure it out together — one honest, grace-soaked moment at a time.

She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
-Proverbs 31: 25-26
